"Proving in Civil Procedure. Third Revised and Expanded Edition". During the eight years since the previous edition of the monograph was published, relevant court practice in Bulgaria has been enriched considerably and should be taken into account. Meanwhile, other publications have also discussed the matter of proving in civil procedure. Some questions, however, have not been analyzed exhaustively. By definition, judges want to render correct judgments. By definition, lawyers want to win their cases. Therefore, both parties need to be very familiar with the procedure of proving.
