About
Hi. I'm Arlis Tyner. I have no idea how this book got all over the internet, but here is the story.
Back in 1993 I self-published an anthology of blues songs I wrote as a method of cheaply copyrighting the whole set, rather than have to pay an individual fee to copyright each song. I created the book at home on my computer, printed it out, then took it to Kinko's for binding. I sent two copies to the Library of Congress for copyright purposes, and distributed maybe two dozen copies to family and friends. I don't know if any of these still exist. Even my own copy was lost somewhere in my travels.
ArtAmerica was my publishing imprint, and "Hard Times - Lyrics from the Record Album" is the only book it ever published.
