Deluxe edition of the Belgian Constitution, as accepted by the National Congress, 20 july 1831. Edited as a part of the memorial festivities for 20 years of independence. In an appendix the members of the commission, establishd in 1849, to prepare this edition. In appendix a list of the members of the National Congress **The text is in Dutch.** Format: 48cm x 34cm The pages are not numbered, but every page has a frame with leaves and flowers. In addition there are 13 full page plates, The names of the artists are listed in a "drukfeil". Produced by Delevigne and Callewaert, printers and editors
