The Tell-Tale Signs of Spiritual Growth

In the birthing of a miracle or blessing, you must have equipped yourself with the reason, or the record of God, detailing that you are entitled to such a blessing, before making your request known to God. (Hebrews 11: 6) "Without faith (His evidence that He can do what you came for, His testimony that you are eligible to ask for it, the record of His capability) it is impossible to please God...." So, it is your evidence or testimony of what God can do that should prompt you to come to God in the first place. Testimonies, therefore, are not an account of what has happened, but is the living account of what He said He will do for anyone that believes in Him. They are the account of His faithfulness and dependability for anyone who will obey His word and do them as commanded. Testimonies in our church, COTR-UK, should not be a recall of an event, but a recall of His faithfulness. Pastor Abi is the Senior Pastor and Founder of CHURCH ON THE ROCK UK, an evangelical and Pentecostal commission that started on January 15, 2005. The church is growing in the Southend-On-Sea area of Essex, UK. Pastor Abi is a qualified Medical Doctor and his best area of field was in Cardiology. He is married to Pastor Nike Popoola, a General Practitioner in training, and they started the church with their lovely bundles of joy, Abraham, Victor, and Victoria, their children. Pastor Abi was commissioned as a Pastor in 1993 and since then, has been privilege to Pastor churches both at the Universities and in the local communities of Ogun State, Nigeria and in London, UK; as a Mission Pastor to Barcelona, Spain.
