A Better World

This book is about learning to love. The author tells the story of her life as a Colombian, an artist, a mother, a daughter and a wife, and how she gradually found the way to live happily thanks to what she considers the most important issue of our existence. In this autobiographical narration, she shares her permanent quest for explanations to the many apparent contradictions in modern life, and the amazing results of that quest. Many of the anecdotes she tells show how important it is to make mistakes, because these lead us to great discoveries about ourselves and others, and enable us to change our outlook in life as often as it is necessary. The author believes we can turn the world just as it is today into a paradise if we work on ourselves as individuals, and understand that Happiness, Peace, Love and the Truth all lie within us. When we make this wonderful discovery, we become happier and wiser, and this, more than anything else, makes others aware of their own possibility to reach their own happiness, if only they look for it in the right place.
