A brief guide to beliefs

Edwards introduces philosophical and religious ideas such as the existence of God, the meaning of morality, and the problem of evil before she begins to briefly describe the tenets of most Western religions and movements. Belief structures include Roman Catholicism, mainline Protestant Christianity, the Eastern Orthodox tradition, alternative Christian movements such as Christian Science or Unitarianism, pagan and occult thought, and human potential movements.
