Susan Steinberg is the author of Spectacle, Hydroplane, and The End of Free Love. She is the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, a United States Artists Fellowship, a National Magazine Award, and a Pushcart Prize. She teaches at the University of San Francisco.
