About
A lawyer in New Orleans discovers it does not pay to mix business with pleasure. He is Harry Preston who meets heiress Elizabeth Bennett, on the verge of divorcing her husband, Jack, and in need of a lawyer and a lover. Harry agrees to the double assignment. One day comes a phone call to meet her at her house. Harry arrives to find Elizabeth gone and Jack floating dead in the pool.
