Oriol Pujol Borotau nació en Barcelona y ha vivido la mayor parte de su vida en la India, donde reside habitualmente. Se formó como especialista en ciencias de la Conducta Humana en los EE.UU. (Instituto Gestalt de San Diego, California) y es en la India donde afirma haber aprendido a vivir la plenitud de la vida, integrando la meditación Vipassana, la Terapia Gestáltica y la Programación Neuro-lingüística. Imparte regularmente cursos sobre Desarrollo Personal, Liderazgo, Comunicación, Programación Neuro-Lingüística (PNL) en la Fundación EMI, ESADE y EADA dirigidos a antiguos alumnos y a directivos de las diferentes empresas colaboradoras, integrando metodologías orientales y occidentales. Habitualmente participa en los diferentes medios de comunicación (prensa, radio y TV) concediendo entrevistas y reflexionando sobre diversos aspectos relacionados con la conducta humana. Preside la asociación VIKAS, que tiene como finalidad fomentar el intercambio cultural entre India y España, destinado sus fondos a proyectos de trabajo social, educación y sanidad en la India.
