There is a word called unfortunate. She is unfortunate so she met him. He is also unfortunate so he missed her.

“So what if the Mandate of Heaven says we are destined to be together or not destined to be together? As the King, I have never fear the Mandate of Heaven and also do not need any handout from the Mandate of Heaven.”
