Consists of interviews (some imaginary) previously published in the German and Austrian press, in which Anders discusses contemporary problems. Anders, who left Germany in 1933 and now lives in Vienna, is a pacifist and anti-fascist. Several interviews mention the persistence of antisemitism today. "Das fürchterliche Nur: Imaginäres Interview" (pp. 115-124) expresses his views on the Waldheim affair, condemning Waldheim for his past and for causing antisemitism in the present (e.g. the use of vulgar antisemitic expressions against the World Jewish Congress). However, he also criticizes the intervention of American Jews in Austrian internal affairs.
