Jordfast

'JORDFAST' is a photographic portrait of Samsø created in collaboration between the Italian art photographer Luca Berti and Samsø Museum. The book depicts people, architecture and the cultural landscape on Samsø with a special focus on the traces of the pre-industrial rural culture. The book contains more than 80 b / w photographs, which were taken with an analogue large-format camera in the period 2013-2020. The book is divided into five chapters, each of which describes one of Samsø's five historical parishes. The chapters begin with a short cultural-historical description of the parish, as well as a map from the 19th century, on which it is stated where the photographs were taken. I bogen skildres mennesker, arkitektur og kulturlandskabet på Samsø med et særligt fokus på sporene af den førindustrielle landbokultur. Bogen indeholder mere end 80 s/h-fotografier, som er taget med et analogt storformatskamera i perioden 2013-2020. Bogen er delt op i fem kapitler, som hver beskriver et af Samsøs fem historiske sogne. Kapitlerne indledes af en kort kulturhistorisk beskrivelse af sognet, samt et kort fra 1800-tallet, hvorpå det angives, hvor fotografierne er taget.
