Communication collective

Book Summary Democracy is increasingly mentioned as an essential value, but one cannot say it's increasingly better defined. The word "Democracy" like the word "Communication" has a high density of unexpressed signification. Nevertheless, in various contexts where Democracy is mentionned, required ou desired, one understands that it's all about freedom : freedom of speech, of association, of exchange, of travelling, of imagination and création. Often, there is another word mentioned as a condition for the achievement of this freedom: it is "Participation". But the problem remains fully, because "Participation" is not better defined, except for some individuals or groups asking strongly to be added to the few authorized to participate in institutions or activities.
