About
About El Camino Real and poems: The Spaniards organized Alta California into four districts. Using these districts, I wove the stories of current American residents with the stories of Spanish colonial people. Time is used as an anchor that proves ineffectual. As to the poems, one is devoted to the immigrants that we all are and the others are a partial collection that explore various perceptions that people have had of death over the past 2,000 years.
