It is at the metaphorical intersection of Second Acts and Reinvention that Hunter and Bonnie meet in sleepy little 1970s Cosa Beach. Quaint and charming to each of them for vastly different reasons, the prospective ex- trophy wife and a mysterious stranger cross paths in Sharky's. A colorful local watering hole frequented by off-season tourists and residents alike. One resists the undeniable attraction, while the other struts its perimeter admiringly. Until necessity and desire complete the circuit of an uncontrollable pull, drawing them both dangerously close to the precipice of repeating their pasts.
