An economic analysis of Canada's ground transportation sector

His primary finding is that increased specialization and increased reliance on co-ordination and administration have occurred in each of the industries studied. He argues that these changes have reduced the costs and improved the quality of transportation services. Palmer also suggests that transportation deregulation is evolving over time.
