Hard-wired to Lead

In reConstruction for women's Leadership, I argue that until we reach 30% of women in leadership positions by 2030, companies will leave profits on the table because of inequity, and dysfunction. Can we ever get to a level of inclusion in companies where there is equal access, and everyone can thrive? It will take a disruption of the leadership practice status quo and reconstruction to a more inclusive culture for women's leadership. How? This volume takes an inside out deep dive to provide tips for recognizing and restructuring by looking at key aspects of contemporary leadership practice. It shows how decision-making, ethics, radical learning, and strategic networks can be converted into formal structures of individual and organizational development and strategic succession planning. It calls for company-wide coalitions and collaboration between women and men. It is not a heavy lift if a company wants to gain a global leadership advantage with women who are hard-wired to lead.
