About
마지원(馬志遠, 1682-1749)의 유고이다. 본관은 장흥이고 자는 중로仲老이며 경원景援의 아들이다. 김창흡金昌翕의 문인으로 1725년(영조 1) 학행으로 헌릉참봉을 제수하였으며, 이인좌李麟佐의 난에는 이우제李宇濟와 함께 의병을 일으켰다. 권1 시 45편, 권2 소疏 4편ㆍ서書 5편ㆍ장狀 1편ㆍ기記 1편ㆍ제문 2편ㆍ잡저 2편[戊申三月日記ㆍ戊申逆變諭道內文], 권3 부록[行狀ㆍ墓碣銘ㆍ諸賢贊述 ㆍ晩雲序ㆍ送行雲水道人ㆍ送晩雲歸田ㆍ次回甲韻ㆍ挽章ㆍ祭文] 등이 실려 있다. 1901년(광무 5) 최익현崔益鉉의 서문과 1895년(고종 32) 정재규鄭載圭ㆍ1922년 마대섭馬大燮의 발문이 있다.
