About
A guest appearance on a late night television talk show is just the beginning of Frank Corrigan's problems. When he is verbally attacked by the show's host and one of the other guests, the big homicide detective is unaware that he is being set up to take the blame for one of his attacker's murder. When he is placed on administrative leave things really start to heat up for the detective. Thinking initially that the attempts on his life might be from fans of the rap artist who was murdered, Corrigan uncovers leads that have him thinking the attempts are much more serious than he'd first thought. The death of a young woman that had originally been determined a suicide now begins to look more and more like a case of murder. A number of loose ends, however, leave the police wondering if they will ever solve the mystery. That is until one very significant event happens that plops new evidence right in the police's lap. This is the fourth book in the Frank Corrigan series with others in the works.
