The Lost Boys of an Urban Elementary School

Education and educational policies are consistently changing. With these changes, teacher approaches to instruction, curriculum, and learning change as well. It is meant for students to change and progress through these educational changes, however not all students progress. This work takes a look at the academic struggles of African American males students and their attitudes' toward school. It provides an understanding into the relationship of academic achievement and the attitude towards school, of African American males.
