The Morning Star

When I was a youngster my parents invented a cool contraption. They put one of every kind of animal in it. I accidentally got in before it started. Halfway through the process my mum saw me and took me out. All the animals had simply disappeared and I looked normal, or so it seemed. They trashed the heaping hunk of metal as if it were a failure and went back to the drawing board. That shows you how little they knew. I’m everything but normal, to be precise, I’m everything. In Dovera everything is magical. Items in stores float without the need for shelves, fires warm but don’t burn people, and ponds are windows to other worlds. Green trees and bushes are everywhere and vines grow so fast you can see it. In Dovera, castles are carved out of mountains and cliffs of red sand tower above the valleys. In Dovera, trees talk and move and laugh and dance. Welcome to a world where love is stronger than hate and good wins over evil. This breathtaking story is filled with anticipation and accomplishment, and a little hint of love.
