The parade will include four grand divisions, as follows: First Grand Division (military and naval, regular service): Major General Tasker H. Bliss, U.S.A., marshal. Second Grand Division (Militia and Cadet Schools, under arms): Brigadier General William A. Mann, U.S.A., marsahl. Third Grand Division (Grand Army of the Republic and United Spanish War Veterans): Commander A.J. Huntoon, G.A.R. Marshal. Fourth Grand Division (Civic): Mr. George R. Linkins, marshal.
