Dresses in ballroom scene executed by Madam Karinska, scenery for the prologue and epilogue executed by Alick Johnstone, lighting by Henry Robinson, mask by Leslie Young. Stage management and lighting, Henry Robinson, assistant stage manager, S.G. Harrison, leader of orchestra, Joseph Shadwick.
