This volume includes security law directives and regulations, and also certain proposals, such as the proposed Prospectus Regulation. Important directives such as CRD IV, MiFID II and the AIFMD, as well as the regulations on a Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM) and Short Selling are included in this volume. With respect to corporate governance and remuneration in the European financial services sector, this volume includes the relevant recommendation of the European Commission, as well as the guidelines of the European Banking Authority and of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. 0Some annexes to certain directives and regulations are, because of their size, not included in this volume. All texts have been updated till March 2016. Changes after that date have not been taken in account.
