About
This workbook is to be used in conjunction with the POST telecourse on tactical communications. The telecourse is intended to provide verbal strategies that resolve street encounters peacefully and safely. Law enforcement personnel learn to use the language of confrontation appropriately in order to defuse potentially dangerous situations nonviolently. The telecourse will provide an opening of the "verbal judo" program, and key concepts from the program are included in the workbook.
