Game Farm and Hunting Tourism

Wildlife tourism, of which game farms form an important part, is one of South Africa’s biggest tourism products with more game conserved and land under protection than all provincial and national parks combined. Therefore wildlife tourism, especially hunting, is a very important source of income for the country and contributes to job creation in rural provinces like Limpopo, Northern Cape, North West and Eastern Cape.
