This book is a fast paced story of a secret mission into North Vietnam to kill the leader of the North Vietnamese army, General Giap, a true to life player in the drama of the Vietnamese War. Five hand picked men travel via a lengthy trek through Cambodia and back across the border into North Vietnam to accomlish their mission. In the middle of trying to accomplish the mission, they are betrayed, and then must make it back safely to the allied base from which they launched their misssion, while every route of their planned escape is covered by the enemy, thanks to their betrayers.
