"Organized Criminal Activities Handled by the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Cassation". The book examines the post-1950 practice of Bulgaria's Supreme Court and Supreme Court of Cassation in criminal cases against forms of organized crime. After reviewing about 800 judgments by the country's supreme court instance, the author selected 118 judgments, excerpts from which are presented in this book, grouped into thematic sections. To facilitate readers, at the beginning of each summary the author refers to the relevant provisions in the Penal Code and sums up the legal statement which represents the main contribution to the development of jurisprudence
