In the wake of her initiation to Niteo and Jim's subsequent escape from prison, Cassie finds that history is about to repeat itself; but this time she must decide whether she will be destroyed or empowered. In the continuation of her story, Cassie encounters life as a member of power, a wife, and a mother.
