"This is the story of a boy raised during the Great Depression and how his family survived. Vernon tells of his acceptance of messages from angels as the guiding force in his life, to graduate from college and to become a CPA, to raise a family, to teach at a university, and to survive many near-death situations. In addition, these messages enabled him to author a tax manual, and to travel to fifty states and forty foreign countries. But, most importantly, his angels inspired him to become a physical healer, who would contributes countless hours, without expectation of return, to whomever he believed was divinely sent to him.
