Aug. 22. Agreed, that whosoever being an inhabitant of the Towne shall receive any person or family upon their propriety that may prove chargeable to the Towne, shall maintaiue the said persons at their owac charges, or to save the Towne harmless.

Agreed, that (whereas there is a day ly abuse of felling Timber upon the Common) whosoever shall offend in felling any Trees without leave, shall pay for every Tree cutt down without order, 20 s. To the we of the Towne.
