About
La Martinique, la Guyane et surtout la Guadeloupe sont les vrais personnages de ces nouvelles. Mais on aurait pu sous-titrer ce recueil « Métropolitains aux Antilles » puisque ceux qui y jouent les rôles principaux - à une exception près - viennent de France. Ce point de vue là d’étrangers fourvoyés, je crois que personne ne l’avait exploré systématiquement.
