"Santander, landscape of flavors is an initiative led by the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), with the purpose of knowing, rescuing and preserving the gastronomic traditions and customs of this region of Berraca. During the tour of the 87 municipalities that make up the region, first-hand recipes that date back several decades and that grandmothers still keep in their memories in the hope that new generations will be interested in secrets. This book is a compilation of anecdotes, knowledge, experiences and experiences.
