The Parable of the Sower: Four Conditions of the Human Heart

The four conditions of the soil are described as the wayside, stony places, thorns and good ground. The seed is the Word of God and remains constant throughout the parable. 75% of the seed sowing is a complete waste of time. Only when the seed falls on good ground does it produce – 30 fold, 60 fold and 100 fold. This is 3,000%, 6,000% and 10,000% respectively! Only 8% attains its full potential. This good ground is shown to be an honest heart. The key to understanding this parable is absolutely essential as it is the key that unlocks all parables.
