Holliday Street Theatre! Italian opera. Grand opening night on Friday, Feb. 12th, 1858, when will be performed Verdi's popular opera in 4 acts, of "Il Trovatore" Musical director and conductor Carl Anschutz, leader, Theodore Thomas, director of the chorus, A. Pauer, stage manager, Amati Dubreul. Opera commences at 8 o'clock. Saturday, second night, first appearance in Baltimore of Carl Formes, who, on no account can appear more than twice, viz: On Saturday and on Monday. First & only night of German opera on Saturday evening Feb. 13, at 8 o'Clock, first appearance in Baltimore of Carl Formes, in the popular German opera, in 4 acts, of "Martha" expressly composed by Flotow, for Carl Formes. On the same occasion, Madame De Lagrange, will make in Baltimore, her first and only appearance ... the other roles by M'me von Berkel, Pikanser, Oehrlein, the opera will be conducted by Carl Anchutz.
