Explanation of this book

My name is Rika Irie.
I studied psychology in college.
Even when the same term of psychology is used, it’s pretty subdivided now. In any field of psychology it’s deepening and it’s not enough to say to be studied enough spending the whole lifetime.
I learned the psychology called clinical psychology. However, I wasn’t supposed to master only my major but studied the whole psychology widely as possible studying my major.
I’d like to introduce a little ideas and hints in daily business scene from my knowledge.
For the readers who are already working in company, looking for a job, and working as leaders having subordinate, I’m so glad by reading it, you can make use of the negotiations, favors, and human relationships.
You might also recognize the people’s small care and the unexpected insensitiveness of distinguished people.
