Love

I fell in love with South Pond the very first time we drove down the laneway. Set back from the road, the traditional Ontario red brick farmhouse, badly in need of repair, wasn't the dream house I was hoping for, but I understood its history and loved how it was set among the rolling hills. When we got out of the car, a rush of country air, heavy with the scent of leaves and warm earth, hit me. I was home.

In volume 2 of the South Pond series, I'm sharing my favorite menu to serve to our guests who are celebrating their love on the farm. I hope you enjoy it with the people who mean the most to you.
