In the meta-fictional form of “The Princess Bride” or “Interview With The Vampire,” the true story is the tale told. Through his eyes, the readers leap into a fantastic chain of events that will take them from ancient Greece to a sunken lost city. As the hero tells the tale, he begins to see answers to the questions that have haunted him, realizing that perhaps the darkest and most dangerous road to travel is one’s own heart.
