Developing Leader-Awareness

The mission and role of a leader is to awaken others through his or her own actions and existence. In the world of business, being a leader is not just a job, even though a job is one of the ways through which it gets realised. A leader is “above that” - he or she creates the job. The basic way in which an integral leader acts is by stimulating the development of awareness, or resonant development of awareness, so that others too can realise and become leaders through one’s own self-realisation. One condition that applies to all leaders is a continual development of consciousness through working on oneself, yet the foundation is the understanding of leadership as an instrument of self-realisation, and creative empathy as a basic way to relate to oneself and others.
