Broken Girls

She didn't fall. She was shoved. Getting shoved from the top of her high school’s social ladder is not something Candace Ellis sees coming. At seventeen, she has it all: friends, popularity and a delectable boyfriend. Through no fault of her own, she loses everything in an instant, and she is forced to navigate life and high school without anyone she used to depend on. Defeated and nearly broken, Candace resigns herself to a life of loneliness. Unfortunately, life has other plans. The past will not let her go, even though she would like nothing more than to forget it. She must come out of hiding to make amends with the people she stepped on in her quest for popularity, but Candace is soon to find out that making amends is far harder than it seems, especially when hidden truths block her every turn.
