Celine’s friends drag her to a séance for a friend’s birthday. However, things go a little bit differently than planned. Celine doesn’t believe in the supernatural. Even when she sees the woman contacting her friend’s deceased relative, she is unsure whether or not it’s real, but when she gets a strange visitor in her bedroom that night, she is forced to change her beliefs.
She calls the entity the Shadow Man, as she has no other way to describe him. While she is sleeping, he has sex with her. At first she thinks it is just a dream, but wakes up and realizes that there is something more sinister going on here. She feels like she has to figure out what it is that is going on.
