I have it all. I’m everything a man dreams of being; a first round NBA draft pick, an alpha beast in the bedroom, and I’ve got swagger for days. People either hate me or love me. Sometimes both. I’m the best at what I do in the arena AND in the bedroom.
And sure, I have a past. And that’s where it stays. I’m building a new life now and even though I can’t change what I’ve been through, I sure as hell can change where I’m heading. At least, that’s what I thought until I met HER.
ARAN:
All I need is a camera and a sport. I can take care of the rest. I was happy before I met him. I had my career and I answered to no one. My passion was through my lens, where it was safer to be. But then HE comes along.
He’s everything I usually despise in a man; he’s arrogant, cocky, and way too sure of himself. Yet, I know he has reason to be. I also know it’s all covering up a deep pain. Which is something I can relate to. But he can never know that. I won’t be a woman who gives up everything for a man. Especially if it’s my heart.
