Met zijn speciale Tilt-Shiftlenzen trekt Jasper Léonard rond om het leven in de stad vast te leggen. Hij werkt vanop daken, hoogtewerkers, nu en dan zelfs vanuit de helikopter. De stad gaat zijn gang, in miniatuurvorm. Amazing, real or staged, actual size or a miniature. The pictures seem to emerge from a scale model of the city. With his special Tilt-Shift lenses, Jasper Léonard wanders about in order to capture life in the city. He works from rooftops, lifting platforms and occasionally even from a helicopter. The city takes its course, in miniature form.
