Everything You Need To Know Before Competing as a Men's Physique Competitor

Five months after attending my first Bodybuilding competition, I stepped on stage as a Men's Physique competitor. I won first place at that show, I also took the Over-all trophy for my division.

The months before the competition were the most difficult because beyond knowing that I wanted to compete, I didn't know where to start. I had never been spray tanned; I wasn't familiar with the federations, divisions, and classes; All the paperwork; And all of that is on top of the necessary training and dieting. There was no "Beginner's guide to stepping on stage". As a matter of fact, I had no idea how unprepared I was until I was starving back-stage at the Prejudging show because I didn't know to bring some meals.

I've created this book to cover all of that. The conversations I wish somebody would have had with me prior to my first time going on stage are all here. It's all actionable content, zero fluff, as it should be.
