Créée en 1991, l'APEV (Aide aux Parents d'enfants Victimes ) est une association de victimes, animée uniquement par des parents d'enfants disparus. L'association regroupe aujourd'hui plus de 120 familles dont un enfant a été victime d'un acte criminel. Témoignages de parents d'enfants assassinés, de parents d'enfants disparus, réflexions de magistrats, d'avocats, d'enquêteurs, de psychiatres, d'universitaires et de journalistes, cette manifestation a permis de s'interroger sur la place de la victime dans la société et dans la procédure judiciaire.
