After causing a lot of chaos during the vacation, Jake Hermon is forced to go on a trip to the zoo with his family. There, his little sister finds a most unusual discovery. Together, the two siblings find themselves going back in time. They go on an extraordinary adventure from the age of Dinosaurs to the days when Earth is no more. They meet two new friends and Jake finds out about his extraordinary powers. They face multiple challenges and must fight to save the future of the humanity. In the end, Jake surprises even himself when he realizes he is a wizard, and defeats the last dark wizard of Brightanea. However, their adventure is far from over, and the real challenge has just begun. This is just the beginning of The Time Traveller's Tale.
