Luxen's Light

Every person contains energy within them. Some of these people have the ability to summon and bend their energy to their will. These people are known as the Gifted. When young Joseph Luxen wakes in the middle of the night to the sound of shouting, curiosity gets the better of him. He leaves the safety of his room only to witness a horrific event taking place. Unable to escape, Joseph has no idea what to do... that is until his Gift of Light unleashes! Nine cycles later, and in his last grade of school, a tournament is held against a neighboring Region. What is supposed to be the most exciting part of his schooling life, quickly turns upside down as Joseph's past returns, forcing him to risk his life to find answers.
