Eddie Stephens, born Miami, Florida, October 7, 1971, is a third generation Floridian. Mr. Stephens, was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and is Board Certified in Family and Marital Law. Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the area of Family Law. His practice concentrates in the area of complex family and marital law litigation.

Mr. Stephens is past chair of the Marital and Family Law Board Certification which is responsible for creating, grading and administrating the board certification exam. Board certification is the highest recognition of competence by the Florida Bar.

Stephens is committed to the community. He is former president and chair of The Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation, a national 501(c)(3) and is past president of the Kiwanis Club of Flagler Sunrise and A Hixson recipient. Mr. Stephens was recently recognized for his seven years of service as an adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America.
