About
The Didache Teachings of the Twelve Apostles is a brief observation of lessons that were passed around the ancient Christian Church. This translation to modern American English by Jason A. Hunt was adapted from the 1894 English version as translated by Charles H. Hoole a student of Christ Church, Oxford in London. The original text by Hoole is in the public domain in the United States because it was published prior to 1923. The author has not addressed any translation errors Hoole might have made from the ancient texts as Hoole's work remains inline with other translations of the same text. The purpose of this version is to introduce this wonderful ancient manuscript to a new generation of students in modern prose without frills or added commentary.
