심상직(沈相直, 1896-1923)의 유고집이다. 본관은 청송이고 자는 규택奎澤의 아들이다. 유신환兪莘煥에게 수학했다. 권1 시 187편, 권2 서書 2편, 권3 서序 14편ㆍ기記 7편ㆍ발跋 2편ㆍ설說 6편, 권4 제문 6편ㆍ상량문 1편, 권5 잡저 6편[夫婦篇ㆍ聞徐尙書夫人處義有感ㆍ記夢ㆍ采石贈雪巢ㆍ見庭梅移有槁意有感ㆍ戒奴僕文]ㆍ전傳 1편ㆍ논論 5편ㆍ표表 5편ㆍ전箋 2편, 권6 책策 9편, 권7 부록[哀辭ㆍ祭文ㆍ墓表] 등이 실려 있다. 1924년 이덕하李德夏의 서문과 1922년 전우田愚ㆍ1928년 심기섭沈起燮의 발문이 있다.
